Welcome to Dn'D Farms, owned and operated by Derrick and Dessie Carpenter of Blair County, PA. Our mission is to provide a healthy, natural, humanly raised product as an alternative for our local customer base. We believe that it is our responsibility as farm business owners in today’s society not only to provide these quality products, but also to help educate the general consumer on benefits of local food products to feed themselves and their families. We consider ourselves supporters of the buy fresh movement and strive on a continual basis to increase public awareness and availability. We at Dn’D Farms are very proud to be a part of the food revolution.
Our product lineup includes beef, pork, chicken, lamb, goat, veal, eggs, turkey and soap & lotion products. Our primary retail outlet is seasonal open air farmers markets throughout the area, on farm self serve pick-up and our CSA program with on farm pick-up or market delivery.
We make a full line of goats milk soaps and lotions as well, using our fresh goats milk from our dairy goats. We pride ourselves in the fact that our goats milk products are made without using a drop of water.
We also make everything from scratch, using only farm fresh goats milk. We never use any pre-made bases or kits. Great care is taken when we make all our products. It has taken us years to perfect our recipes and we hope that our love and effort shows in all our products.
