Lamb Salad
8 Servings
1 lb. Lamb leg, cooked, cut into cubes
12 ounces cooked spiral pasta
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup red onion, chopped
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
teaspoon chili powder
teaspoon cumin
cup fat free ranch dressing
In large salad bowl, combine cooked seasoned lamb cubes,
pasta, and vegetables.Combine spices, salsa and salad
dressing. Pour over salad, toss to coat.
