Teriyaki Lamb Sirloin Steaks Recipe

lamb sirloin steaks,
6 oz each
2/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup lemon juice
Place lamb steaks in a glass dish. Combine remaining
ingredients in a bowl and pour over lamb. Marinate
in the refrigerator 3-4 hours. Turn on broiler.
Remove meat from marinade and place on broiler pan.
Broil 4 inches from heat source, about 6 minutes per
side, basting frequently with marinade.
