• All goat are dehorned.disbudded unless otherwise requested.
• All show wethers are dehorned, scrapie tagged, and casterated.
• Year round breeding program.
• All goats/sheep are given proper shots (CD/T & dewormed) unless otherwise requested.
• All animals are permanently indetified using tattoos.
• Our herd is fed a proper diet that includes 16% grain, hay, and Crystal-Lyx minerals.
• All of our goats/sheep have excellent bloodlines and are reasonable priced with many sizes and colors to pick from.
• All price are subject to change.
•We do NOT use any steroids or growth hormones, all of our goats/sheep are raised upon there bloodlines and breeding.
• **There will be a $25.00 return check fee on any checks retuns for NSF and any other collection fees that may apply
• We also require a purchase aggrement for any sold goats, a sample copy is listed below!
• Deposits must be received within 7 days or goats/sheep will be resold.

Purchase Agreement
Payment Terms - Purchase Price of animal is due upon receipt of the animal listed on the buyers sheet.
Risk of Loss- If for any reason the animal becomes ill, sick or injured or die before the purchase date all money including deposits will be refunded.
Warranties- The seller convenants the he/she is the lawful owner and has the lawful rightr to sell the animal. As the buyer you assume all responsiblity for the health risk due to wethering . And as the seller we are not responible for the health of the animal after the purchase.
-If you purchase a 100% Fullblood Buck or Doe and it should fail to breed or to to bred there will be a replacement offered (Live delivery of kids is not a guarentee).
Transfer of ownership- When the seller receives the payment in full the ownership belongs to the buyer and seller will transfer all owner registration papers, when applicable of the purchased animal.
Law- These terms of the agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania!
Transportation- As the Buyer you assume all reposiblities of trasportation of the animal and cost of transpotation. And as the seller we are not resposible for the health of the animal at the time of transpotaion!

A copy of this will be given and signed by you the buyer and us as the seller at the time of sale.
