Grilled Lamb Leg Steaks

4 Servings
4 center cut Lamb Leg steaks
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients except lamb, mix until well blended. Brush the lamb steaks with the mixture. Grill over moderate heat for 4 minutes. Turn and baste lamb steaks with the mixture and grill an additional 4-6 minutes or until desired doneness.
