Parmesan Lamb Rib Chops Recipe

3 Servings
6 lamb rib chops
1 clove minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Dash oregano
Dash pepper
In small skillet, sauté garlic in oil, stir in cheese, tomato sauce, parsley, oregano and pepper.  Spread thin layer over top side of chops.  Broil 3-4” from source of heat, 5-7 minutes; turn and brush second side; broil chops 5 minutes longer or until desired degree of doneness.Serve over rice or vegetables.
