Classic Lamb Burger

4 Servings
1 pound ground lamb
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
Combine ingredients in large bowl, mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Grill 4-6 inches from source of heat, 5-7 minutes per side, or until desired degree of doneness.Serve on a bun with your choice of garnish.Garnish options:  lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, etc.
