Lamb and Asparagus
1 chopped red onion.
3 tsp. garlic cloves crushed.
cup of dry white wine.
3 cups of steamed sliced asparagus
.1 lb boneless lamb chopped into small cubes
Salt to taste.
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste.
Heat a large frying pan and add of the
wine. Bring to the boil and add the onion and garlic,
cook until softened. Add the lamb and cook for about
6 minutes. Add the rest of the wine and the asparagus.
Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, until lamb is tender.
Add pepper and salt to taste.
