Teriyaki Glazed Lamb Ribs

2 Lamb Ribs
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Glaze:
1/2 cup sherry
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Place ribs on grid of broiler pan.  Roast in preheated 325° oven 45 minutes.  Baste with glaze, turn oven to 400°, continue cooking 15 minutes.  Baste as desired.
