There will be a $20 cooler deposit added on to the total value that will be paid back at the end of the membership term.
After receiving this we will review it and make sure we have all the info we need and email you with an invoice. Once payment is received we will mail you a packet with a copy of all the rules and this form, a membership agreement that needs to be signed and mailed back with your payment and a membership card that you need to show whenever you pick up or want to purchase any additional merchandise at the 10% off membership rate.
