Because our baskets are handwoven and made of natural reed, no two baskets will be exactly alike.
Baskets which are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours.
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for baskets which are not in stock and need to be made.
We guarantee the quality of our baskets. If you wish to return your baskets, please return to us within 7 days after receipt. After examining the baskets, we will repair the defect and assess a reasonable cost OR refund the purchase price, provided the basket is in the same condition as when shipped.
